Information for Counsel wanting to book mediation Services

For counsel assisted mediations, we offer two packages based on the complexity and level of conflict.  The fee for a half day session is $1,750 and for a full day the fee is $3,000 plus HST.

Both packages include:

  • Private intake screening appointments for each client

  • Discussions with counsel prior to Mediation, if necessary

  • Review of any Mediation Briefs or documentation provided

  • Drafting of Progress Notes, Mediation Report or Separation Agreement
